Born in Japan and educated at Louisiana State University and the Stanford Business School, Fort Lee resident and real estate developer, Kenji Otsubo, received his master of law degree from Washington Law School. Upon graduating, he returned to his native Japan where he worked for six years with Baker & MacKenzie, an international law firm. The combination of his education and experience was perfect for his work as liaison between American and Japanese corporations.

Returning to the United Stated with an interest in consulting with American and Japanese businesses, Otsubo formed his own business in 1985 to work extensively with assisting copmanies in finding office spaces for their company headquarters, warehouses for their profucts, and living quarters for themselves.

"My business actually covers several important areas. As business managers, we offer management and productivity consulting. In real estate management, we do the marketing, provide a broker network, develop logic systems and consult in the areas of taxes and estates. Our company can take the transferred Japanese executive and find suitable housing".

In fact, large Japanese-based companies have come to rely on Kenji Otsubo and his firm in helping their newly transferred employees and their families adjust to America.
